Executive Assistant Contract

This is a very part time (approx. 25 hours per month), off-site, contract position with the opportunity to do interesting work with a great group of business people.  These hours will not increase over time.

This contract opportunity is best suited to an extremely organized individual who is not seeking full time work, has a well-equipped home office, a high level of computer skills and reliable transportation.  This job has physical requirements such as carrying heavy items and going up and down multiple flights of stairs.

The Capital City Executives’ Association (CCEA) is a dynamic association comprised of key business leaders from the Greater Victoria area who strive to improve members’ businesses at bi-weekly business luncheons where business leads, direct business and other information is exchanged.

The CCEA is governed by a Board of Directors which meets on a monthly basis.  The EA supports the Board in their activities while also providing support and guidance to the membership at large. The EA is central to the communication flow of the association and therefore must be skilled and professional, as well as possess a friendly, diplomatic and professional manner.
