Website FAQ

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information immediately upon logging in, or by clicking on the "Return to your profile" link to return to your profile from anywhere on the site. From your profile, click on the "Contact" tab, and edit your information accordingly. Click "Save Changes" when finished. (Note: You do not need to include "http://" at the beginning of the URL when adding a website.)

How do I update my photo?

You can submit a new photo or business logo immediately upon logging in, or by clicking on the "Return to your profile" link to return to your profile from anywhere on the site. From your profile, click on the "Personal" tab, and scroll down to "Personal Picture" and "Corporate Logo". You can use the file browser there to upload a photo from anywhere on your computer. You can also add a photo caption in the blank box just above each file browser.

For best display, personal pictures and corporate logos should be a minimum of 300 pixels on any one side, and should be converted to grayscale. The file upload form accepts .jpg, .gif, and .png format.

Where do I submit leads?

To submit a lead, click on "Business Leads" in the website's left-hand menu. You will be brought to the lead submission form, with the "From" field automatically set to your name. Select who the lead is directed towards in the "To" field, fill out the rest of the form information, and click submit. Your lead will be entered into the database and the person who the lead is directed towards will be able to view it in their profile, once the lead has been approved by the Lead Director.

When I submit a lead, where does it go?

When you submit a lead electronically, it is entered into database and is marked as “unpublished” by default. Notification of lead submission is sent to the Leads Director for approval. Upon approval the lead can be emailed to the recipient, and the lead will appear in both the submitter’s Member Profile and in the recipient's Member Profile. The lead will also appear in the bi-weekly "luncheon wrap up" broadcast.
